Instructions
Scoop out the avocado pulp and add to a small blender or food processor along with milk, sour cream (or yogurt), mayo, lime juice and vinegar. Blend until smooth.
Add in all dried spices and blend to evenly distribute. Scrape down sides if needed.
Add cilantro (beginning with 2 Tbsp) and pulse to combine. If more cilantro flavor is desired, add in remaining Tbsp. and/or hot sauce if using. Blend once more until everything is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more milk and blend again.
Refrigerate in a sealed container for at least 1 hour before serving.
Keep dressing refrigerated and use within 3 days (longer is safe but avocado color may turn).
Notes
This dressing does not have preservatives or stabilizers like conventional store bought or restaurant packaged dressings. It is best used within a couple days.
Dressing may thicken slightly the longer it is refrigerated, simply whisk in a little extra milk if desired.

Recommendations to make this vegan:Tested with So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk and So Delicious plain coconut milk yogurt along with Hellmann's vegan mayo. I have found this to give a delicious buttermilk-style tang to the dressing.
